1. Who are your programmes designed for?
Our programmes are for people at all career stages—from early careers to leadership development, career returners, and those preparing for retirement. Businesses can also use our training to up-skill employees.
2. Do I need to be a paid member of the institute to retain my accreditation?
No, you do not have to do this, however you will not be able to use the letters after your name. However, the actual accreditation is a lifetime accreditation.
3. Can I do a programme without the Institute of Leadership studying member or accreditation?
Yes, you can. You will receive non-accredited Make Strides digital badge and certificates.
4. Do I need ongoing access to the programme beyond year 1?
Yes, to enable the individual to go back and re-visit modules, tools, templates and other resources we will be building in the future. The programme will be continuously improved and developed over time. We will provide a proposal based on 3 years access beyond the first year of access.
5. Do I need to complete the programme in a set order?
Yes, you do as we have carefully crafted the journey to build on each level and topic.
