We believe in empowering young people at every stage of their early career, making learning flexible and accessible. Whether entering the workforce, starting a first role or developing as an emerging leader, our tailored programmes support a young person from starting out to stepping up.
Our Commitment
At Make Strides, we believe leadership development should be accessible to all, which is why we dedicate part of our revenue to CSR initiatives. These include scholarships for underrepresented groups, support for education and free resources for those facing career or life transitions.
What makes us different is our focus on the full career journey. From starting out, growing as a leader or returning after a break, our digital self-paced learning with group coaching offers a holistic solution, supporting you with skills and guidance at every stage.
