Make Strides is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We recognise our responsibility to take a robust approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to preventing slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain.

This statement is made in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although Make Strides does not currently meet the turnover threshold requiring a statutory annual statement under Section 54 of the Act, we have voluntarily adopted this statement to demonstrate our commitment to ethical practice and responsible supply chain management.

Make Strides is a UK-based digital learning and leadership development company. We design and deliver leadership programmes, coaching and digital learning solutions for organisations across sectors.

Due to the nature of our services, we consider our exposure to modern slavery risk to be relatively low. However, we recognise that risk can exist in any organisation and remain vigilant.
